Buju Banton, Shabba Ranks For Madison Square Garden

International reggae stars Buju Banton and Shabba Ranks are set to take over the Madison Square Garden in New York this weekend. The two are set to perform at a Mother’s Day concert on Sunday May 6th from 8 p.m. Banton and his Shiloh Band are being touted to electrify Madison Square Garden with blazing dancehall cuts from the Grammy-nominated new album `Too Bad,` as well as older classics and roots selections from his critically acclaimed early collections `Mr. Mention,` ‘Til Shiloh,` `Inna Heights,` `Unchained Spirit` and `Friends For Life.` The event will also feature performances from DJ Tony Matterhorn of the `Dutty Wine` phenomenon. This highly anticipated show is being promoted by veteran Caribbean radio personality Dahved Levy through his Devonish Promotions company, with partners GB God Bless and Don Grant of Harlem’s infamous Roti Plus restaurant. Fans can secure tickets at all Ticketmaster locations.
